John Scatena has spent more than 30 years in foodservice and procurement — running restaurants, leading food service teams, and building award-winning operations across the Bay Area and North American markets. He's a California Culinary Academy graduate, but he built his career on relationships: finding the right people, the right opportunities, and the growth others miss.
His first placement — connecting Chef Aarón Sánchez with Calson Management as their culinary ambassador — set the template for Hollywood Table. John doesn't just make introductions; he understands what a kitchen needs, what a chef brings, and what a community is actually looking for.
